All of our accommodation is centrally heated throughout, double glazed and fully insulated, together with thoughtful interior design, luxury furnishings and equipment.

Home Comforts

All of our letting caravans come fully equipped with ample crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware, pillows, duvets and bed linen. Outside there is either a picnic bench or tables and chairs.

Pets

Currently some of our caravans are pet friendly

cleaning / changeover fee

A £30 cleaning / changeover fee is payable per booking – this allows us to keep the same nightly rate for mini breaks as well as longer bookings.

Damage / extra-cleaning deposit

We take a £50 damage / extra cleaning deposit on all self catering bookings. This is fully refundable if the accommodation is left the way you found it.

Bed Linen

Bed linen is provided free of charge.

Booking Requirement

During peak weeks static caravans must arrive on a Friday/Saturday

We operate a strict no smoking policy in all rooms of all accommodation.

25% deposit must be paid at time of booking to secure the accommodation then the full balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival – Standard terms and conditions apply.

£50 Damage and extra cleaning deposit to be paid for all bookings.

Mini Breaks

These are available outside of peak season, a minimum of 2 nights and can start on any day of the week.
