Booking Requirements

We operate a strict no smoking policy in all rooms of all accommodation.

25% deposit must be paid at time of booking to secure the accommodation then the full balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival – Standard terms and conditions apply.

£50 Damage and extra cleaning deposit to be paid for all bookings.

Linen is provided free of charge in the lodges but for caravan bookings this can be hired at £12 per double set and £6 per single set.

Pets are welcome in a range of our accommodations for £35 per week or £5 per night (per pet maximum 2)
 

Mini breaks

These are available outside of peak season, are a minimum of 3 nights and can start on any day of the week.

Where mini break price is not shown we will only take a mini break very last minute if the accommodation is available.
